  3. What is the duration of the plans under the Consultancy services?

  1. Which category do we fall to engage EMN for Outsourced BD and to avail the IT/ITES/BPO/KPO/LPO PROJECTS?

    Membership for EMN Partner World is on a slab system and is related to the turnover of the project revenues and number of resources required to carry out the project. There are six categories of membership:

    Bronze & Bronze Premier Plan Project: New Entrepreneurs are eligible for this partner level (Start-ups) (This Partner Level has very limited Applications Left as per your IP Address Location)

    • Silver Plan: Growing Entrepreneurs are eligible where projects involved 30 to 250 resources.
    • Gold Plan: Global Service Platforms where projects involved 250 to 1000 resources

    • Platinum Plan: MNC’s are eligible where projects involved 1000 to 2500 resources
    • Diamond Plan: PLC and Global MNC’s are eligible where projects involved 2500 to 10000 resources.

FAQ on EMN Process Duration & How to proceed after the registration

How much time does it take to process the application? Will there be any personal audit or meeting, after document process? What are the criteria wherein application can be rejected?

It takes 10-15 working days to process the application after 100% registration subscription amount is paid and the International Agreement is signed. There is a due diligence process, where members from the EMNCS personnel can organize a personal visit or do a telephonic discussion instead. If the Government Regulation Documentation is not up to the mark then we EMNCS would be guiding you on how to make your corporate documentation accurate to receive the Compliances first, and then would be guiding your company further towards the Business Development Strategies and Consulting.

Criteria for any applications to get rejected despite of 100% Registration non-refundable amount paid are as follows:

      EMNCS only assists with the Consultancy Services and acts as a Mandate / Mediator/Authorised Representative Outsourced between the Client and the Partner, EMNCS approaches or responds to the Client, representing the Partner, only for the Monthly Sharing Revenue Engagements.EMNCS also Invests in the Business Development Activities on Behalf of the Partner as a Business Contribution, Goodwill and Positive Gesture towards aquiring the Businesses for the Partner.

      EMNCS Rules & Regulations, Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy Applicable for Partners by the CLIENT!
      1. Valid for Escrow Deposit / Performance Guarantee / Bank Guarantee for the Work Performance as per the Client Instructions, refundable by the Client Directly.
      2. Valid for Payments issued for Software / Hardware Installation Purposes and if the said Products are unavailable at the vendor side, refundable by the Vendor Directly.
      3. Any Payment Forward for the ADDITIONAL Services (Symantec/Comodo/Truste/TSA) as per the Client Requirement, the said 3rd party Refund Conditions apply.

      Invoice, Charges & Penalty to the Partner (Excludes Monthly Profit Sharing plan).
      1. If the EMNCS Rules & Regulations, Terms & Conditions are breached by the Partner.
      2. If the EMNCS Communication Protocol is NOT followed by the Partner.
      3. If the EMNCS resources are engaged for unproductive assignments by the Partner.
      4. If the EMNCS International Agreement is NOT Followed by the Partner.

      Invoice, Charges & Penalty to the Client (Client Pays to the Partner Directly).
      1. If the Mobilisation Advance / Monthly Invoice / Refund of Payments Delayed by the Client.
      2. If the Project Start Date is Delayed after signing up the LOI with EMNCS on behalf of the Partner.
      3. If the Bank Forex Charges are additionally charged.
      4. If the currency rate is changed on the transaction date and the same if not settled by the Client to the partner.

      TERMS & CONDITION FOR PARTNER CONSULTANCY SERVICES!
      Once you are engaged with the Registrations, you would be obliged to agree and support with all the documents required for the business development activity. This would enable EMNCS Application to complete all the required documents before EMNCS shares it to the Client / while signing up with the client for Project.

      If any Partner is desirous to Stop the Project Consultancy Process for the Specified Project before the compliances are completed, then the said Delivery Manager who is backed by the Project Management Business Development Officer would need to estimate the number of man power effort spent for the said Project Consultancy and is payable by the Partner Directly.

      If any Partner is desirous to Stop the Project Consultancy Process for the Specified Project after the compliances are completed, then the said Delivery Manager who is backed by the Project Management Business Development Officer would need to estimate the number of man power effort spent for the said Project Consultancy and is payable by the Partner Directly, Plus Upto dated Number of Month's Profit Sharing as Committed would be shared by the Partner Directly, Plus Project Cancellation Charge Applicable.

      If any Partner is desirous to Stop the Project Consultancy Process and would like to change the Client before any documents are signed with the client, then the said Delivery Manager who is backed by the Project Management Development Officer would need to estimate the number of man power effort spent for the said Project Consultancy and is payable by the Partner Directly,Plus Project Cancellation Charge Applicable..

      If any partner is desirous not to proceed for any business development for the project acquisitions, the said compliances as per the Registrations would be completed by default, waiting for the partner's next instruction to start the Business Development Initiatives / Project Consultancy Services.

      EMNCS CORPORATE DATA SECURITY & PRIVACY POLICY!

      THE FIRST COMMUNICATION EMNCS SENDS OUT TO THE ENQUIRERS IS TO DOUBLE CHECK THE BUDGET AS PER THE PLAN LEVEL.

      BASED ON THE ELECTRONIC CONFIRMATION BY YOU/ENQUIRER/APPLICANT, DEPENDING ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PLAN EMNCS SHARES THE INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENT ALONG WITH THE INFORMATION OF THE PRICING BREAK UP, TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CLAUSES RELATED TO THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.

      (INSPITE OF BEING SO TRANSPARENT WITH THE CORPORATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SOME ENQUIRERS STILL TRY TO AVAIL PLANS BY OFFERING UNSUITABLE MODE OF REGISTRATION SETTLEMENTS SUCH AS PROVIDING DOCUMENTS OF LAND, IMMOVABLE ASSETS, BANK INSTRUMENTS, LETTER OF CREDITS, BANK GUARANTEES, PROMISORY NOTES AND REPEATED ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS TO OFFER DISCOUNTS/TOKEN ADVANCE, INSTALLMENT CONDITIONS, ETC WHICH ARE PROHIBITED AS PER THE EMNCS CORPORATE REGULATORY POLICIES.IF ANY APPLICANT WANTS TO REINSTATE THE PLAN THEN A PENALTY OF 25% DELAY CHARGES ARE APPLICABLE ON THE TOTAL DUE AMOUNT)

      ONCE THE INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENT IS GENERATED BASED ON THE BUDGET AVAILABILITY CONFIRMATION BY THE ENQUIRER, THE APPLICANT/ENQUIRER IS OBLIGED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT AND COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AT 100%, FAILING WHICH, AFTER THE FAIR TIMEFRAME TO COMPLETE THE PAYMENT PROCESS DISCUSSED AND AGREED WITH 5 PAYMENT REMINDERS, THE TOTAL DUE AMOUNT WILL BE RECOVERED AS THE SETTLEMENT FOR THE COMPLIANCE PAID TO THE VENDORS ON BEHALF OF THE ENQUIRER/APPLICANT/PARTNER REGISTRATION LEVELS OR COULD BE TREATED AS THE DEFAULTER IN THE PAYMENT AND THE PAID ADVANCE IS SETTLED FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES ONLY.

      THE INFORMATION PROVIDED, THE INFORMATION INPUT, THE DATA SHARED WOULD BE THE PRIMARY APPLICANT’S DECLARATIONS. ALL THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE APPLICATION FORM FOR THE REGISTRATION WILL BE SCRUTINIZED, INVESTIGATED BEFORE GENERATING THE PARTNER LOGIN CREDENTIALS. IF THE INFORMATION INPUT IS WRONGLY DECLARED BY THE PRIMARY APPLICANT THEN THE APPLICATION STANDS FOR CANCELLATION AT IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND THE COMPLIANCE WOULD BE STOPPED ACCORDINGLY.

      THE APPLICANT’S/ENQUIRER’S CREDIT RECORDS/CORPORATE RECORDS WOULD BE SCRUTINIZED BY D & B AND THROUGH THE DOMESTIC GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. HENCE WE ALWAYS ENCOURAGE GENUINE ENQUIRIES AND WELCOME AT EMNCS ONLY IF THE BUDGET PERMITS.

      THE COMMUNICATIONS HELD BETWEEN THE PARTNER & EMNCS WHILE /BEFORE / AFTER THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, THE SAID COMMUNICATION IS SCRIPTED / RECORDED / PRINTED FOR THE COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL TO UNDERSTAND THE LEVEL OF IMPORTANCE REQUIRED TO RUN THE PARTNERSHIP PORTFOLIO’S SUCCESFULY.       EMNCS Partners with Corporate Entity (Your Company and Not with you as an Individual, as Corporate Entity is a Separate Business Unit and the Director’s representing are the Representative of the Companies). There is no room to understand partnerships on individual basis. It would be the Company’s responsibility to overcome any SLA’s / Due’s / Penalties / Financial Arrangements to ensure the Partnership is mutually performed on the most efficient way. No Partner is individual the similar way EMNCS has no individuals taking responsibility on the partnership but a 100% System Applications, built and managed on the eSystem Facilitations controlled by the Software System of eCloud Database Management.

      USE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES: The EMNCS® Web Site may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "Communication Services"), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service.       EMNCS will represent you in Corporate Compliances of your Registrations & Business Development Services.

      We will provide the following services:
      1. Completion of the Corporate Due Diligence,
      2. Completion of Corporate Documentations / Advisory,
      3. Business Development Process with 1 Client at a time till the Revenue Sharing Starts from the EMNCS Registration Process.

      Our fee is USD 200 Per Hour for services performed by BD’s / CA’s / CS’s /Lawyers / Consultants Advisory of this firm

      Our expectations of you are:
      1. After Registration: Prompt update of all the Corporate Documentations
      2. Timely Response on the Compliances Acknowledgement
      3. Communication Protocol Acceptances and Procedures.
      4. Timely Revenue Sharing / Profit Sharing after the Client Payments.

      Penalties to the Client
      1. If the Client of the Partner delays work execution / Project Start Date by 30 Working Days Delay from the Documented Date
      2. If the Client of the Partner delays Documentation of the Engagement Process
      3. If the Client of the Partner delays any Eligibility Escrow / Deposit Refund Process


      Penalties to the Partners applicable
      1. If the monthly Revenue Sharing is delayed by 7 working days, an additional 3% would be paid by you,
      2. If you have accepted the Client’s Project and not complied with the terms & conditions of the Client’s Eligibility Criteria & Violated the Partner EMNCS Communication Protocol,
      3. If the Client and the Project has been kept on hold by you in more than expected time limit or Project If not started despite of receiving the mobalization advance by the client.
